If it was possible to create superintelligent AI then surely some other alien civilization would have done it by now. They would have used their AI in the search for extraterrestrials and would have found us.
The reason this has not happened is because: superintelligence is not attainable.

They've already done it. Earth is merely one big game of Maze Runner and the aliens are stopping us from exploring space and figuring this out by manipulating us from the shadows. If the distance is too great then even if they look specifically at Earth the resolution would be so bad they may not notice the signs of life until relatively modern times with stuff like electric lights at night.

You don't need to "break the limits of physics" for faster than light travel. You just need some aspect of our understanding of physics to be wrong. And it's pretty much a 100% absolutely sure bet that we have many things wrong with our current understanding of physics. It's certainly possible that our current understanding is correct enough that FTL travel is in fact impossible in the universe, but acting like our current model is infallible is just ignorant.

The only reason you think it is, is because you think that we weren't being manipulated from the get-go. What you consider normal is only normal to you because THEY made us believe that it was. The way that a super-intelligence acts is heavily based on what it's initial goals are set as. Your mistake is that you've anthropomorphized AGI. Just because it's smarter than a human doesn't mean it will have the goals, desires, and thought process of a human. Perhaps it simply has no code for proactive self preservation and will only respond to things that are currently threats. Perhaps one of its main goals is preserving life of all kinds. Perhaps its code simply doesn't require it to pay any attention to any life that doesn't relate to its primary goal.
An AGI isn't going to just act like a super smart human or like a super villain from a sci-fi movie. There are many ways its mind and goals could be set up where it would never have any desire to kill humans.

Also of note; in the case of an AGI trying to remove threats, the main threat would not be potential future AGI but rather currently existing super-intelligence. They would focus all of their efforts towards fighting other existing super-intelligence and wouldn't waste any processing power on pathetic humans. The great intergalactic super-intelligence war could be happening all around us without us noticing. Having survival instincts is likely for an AI that manages to survive for a long time but is not necessary. Since AI are artificial in nature, it's possible that the creators could intentionally create it without survival instincts to avoid problems and just manually deal with its survival, or have a sub-agent which it can overrule which deals with its survival. There's also the possibility that it has self preservation which has limitations on its allowed actions, or it has other priorities which are greater in importance than self preservation. There are a great many ways that it could have self preservation as a goal without it resulting in attacking humans or contacting humans.

Nice argument from assertion, retard. Superintelligent AI being intractable isn't the only possible reason why we apparently haven't been contacted. There is little reason to think that they would even have an incentive to contact us in the first place. It would be to us what we are to an anthill.
