If by "fighting back" you mean some way of disabling them that would be illegal. The only way is to ban it globally. Since orbital billboards can be used for propaganda attacks against countries I expect these to be quite the international shit stirrers.

The legality of it would not be an issue for anybody here -- 4chan posters are poor, and before legality comes up we'd have to gt past the question of financing. Unless you have an idea that can be done by a figurative rather than literal HOIC or something.

Pop them with a high powered laser. There is an even better solution to this problem which I call the 4chan solution. It's simple we pool our resources together and buy a billboard that says 8====>~ or something similarly explicit so that space billboards are banned forever. Even better would be to draw a giant pussy in the sky. People would flip out about it more so than a giant dick. It'd be utter chaos. People would be calling to ban it and people in sexually repressed countries would run out in the fields and fap to the first pussy they've ever seen as it flew over. We don't even have to actually do this. All we have to do is troll to make it look like are capable of doing it. A website and some videos should do the trick. Like we figure out formation flying, show some videos of cube sats popping out mirrors we tested, it shouldn't be that hard.

Not everywhere. Some cities have ordinances where you cannot put billboards on tall buildings. If you go to a city without such an ordinance, it is quite the eyesore, with ads literally everywhere you look.
