Am a BSc in CS, doing an MSc at DTU, DK
What book should I read cover to cover to have the most solid basis of the topic (including needed physics, mathematics etc.)?

You can't learn EE by yourself unless you have somehow access to labs. You're just going to have to deal with your meme major, there are plenty of webdev code monkey jobs out there.

you can't learn it without labs, like how learning physics and chemistry is hard without labs. computer science and mathematics allows you to learn quite a lot by yourself, which is why they are lame choices for bachelors degrees.

Bachelors degrees aren't impressive and that's partially why the squabbling between majors is funny. they are generalistic programs to prepare you for becoming an expert through your graduate program. a PhD is potentially impressive and not handed out by getting a good grade, not all are respectable though.

labs, I'll see if I can squeeze in lab access/ EE courses in my current institution.
I have no problem access to electrical engineering prototyping labs but sincerely dunno if I need more special equipment.
