I just got accepted on a math bachelor at one of the best universities on my shithole country and I don't want to be raped on the first semester ,what books do you recommend to learn how to learn maths in an efficient way

A transition to advanced math. Don't know if you will start with precalculus (algebra and trignometry) o with differential calculus. With this you will have a lot of advice, just read carefully and do the exercises and try to understand and deepen in calculus proofs. Im pretty sure that you will have some intro math, like intro to logic, proofs and basic set theory and you need to make this your strenght. Haven't read Polya or proofs book so i don't know if they will help. And start worrying about linear algebra that maybe will be the first actual math course you will have. So ask for an intro to linear algebra book to work on in your free time and focus also in the vector and analytical geometry course of your first semester.

Math is easy to learn, in a way. Just show up to class and spend every waking moment solving problems otherwise. It's the lowest memory load of all STEM but demands on creativity and self-direction are higher.

You might want to read something about the differences between higher math and the abomination they teach you in (your probably public) highschool. Laura Alcock's "How to Study for a Mathematics Degree" might help.
