>>10073722Had a blockage to the vein due to that condition.
Problem still remains but is greatly minimized by limiting exercise on that arm.
If you don't already do that, don't use trendmills, prefer bike, less risk of internal injury to the vein/artery. Forget lifting.
Dont sleep on the side or with your arm up your head.
Avoid having your arms behind your back, no more than 90° from front.
When you sleep, put something under your arm to lever it up, it facilitate blood flow.
The main trouble with that kind of condition is that when you block the vein/artery the first time, your body respond with inflammation and hardening the vein/artery to protect it. But in that case you want the exact opposite: flexibility.
So, to minimize inflamation and damage, avoid exercise / lifting heavy stuff for some time on that arm (1-2 years). Wear compression sleeve to facilitate blood flow and averaging pressure.
Watch for your posture when you sit on a chair.
When you feel you get low/high pressure in your arm, fold your arm in front of you with your hand up and palm facing you, start moving your fingers like a wave, and upper your arms slowly over your head while moving your fingers.
Repeat 4-5 times, it should help widen the space around your artery while stretching your pectoral muscle, relaxing it.
I cannot help more by telling you what the reasons are. In my case it is morphological, can't do much about it. My brother has the same trouble and we have pretty much the same body type.
Learn to live with that, sorry bro.
