To improve your intelligence:
As far as I can tell, you can not improve your hardware much, without excessive training.
Chemicals can help you. Vitamin D (high dosages like 3200IU/day), piracetam (1200mg), (ultra)choline (without this, piracetam doesn't work), ginkgo, omega-3. But it takes at least weeks, but more likely months of regular everyday usage to notice any difference.
Beware of the addictive shit (ritalin, modafinil, ..). It may help you in short term, but you will pay price in long term. Plan for your future, life lies ahead of you.
What you can improve even if you are quite stupid is your software;
With the words from Peterson: READ GREAT BOOKS (like 4-6 / month). Imagine. Write notes and learn from them. Use personal wiki. Learn what a scientific method is.
Work from basic principles to obtain solid foundation of knowledge. Start with Eucleides and work your way from there thru entire history of math. Read Bacons books. Read and learn to understand GEB (Hofstadter) and other great nontrivial books (Chomsky, Minsky, Penrose, Wolfram (he is a dick, but smart dick), ..). Read all the shit from the pic, it is very fucking related (

If you want easy start, which will show you the path, read Methods of rationality (Yudkowsky). It will highlight the doors for you. But don't think even for a moment, that there is an easy road. it will take years and years and there is no easy way.
Don't ever get a girlfriend. She will take so much time, that you won't get any for you and your task.
