>>10496664The definition of lazy is "unwilling to work or use energy". I am lazy. I get called lazy by people who know me well. Just because I can get away with being lazy for certain tasks (i.e. tasks that you solve faster and better if you're smart) it doesn't mean it does not affect other aspects of my life.
To clarify, I am lazy when it comes to tasks that I find uninteresting. For example, it takes me forever to do paperwork. I don't mind working 10h straight if I'm enjoying what I'm doing.
>>10496668Maybe weirdo is not the exact word. The point is you have a jet that goes at Mach 3 while your classmates are riding a bike. If you don't take a lot of stops along the way you end up in China while they still haven't gone out of town. At that point, it's hard to connect with your classmates. It's not only about technical skills, maybe you're reading about humanities and you start getting some insights that are completely alien to your STEM classmates who mostly use their left brain. This is an exaggeration, but you get the idea.
