Make sure you go to bed on time and start drawing within an hour of waking up. You have a lot of energy in the morning so don't put stuff off till the afternoon. Also, you want to make sure you get some kind of exercise nearly every day. I'd recommend setting aside at least two solid continuous hours to exercise eat and shower. Just look up some kind of cardio circuit video to get the job done.
Don't get a part-time job if you don't have to. It'll take up energy regardless of what the job is that you could be pouring into drawing. You also need to watch out for any other addicting habits you have that take energy or time away. I'd honestly recommend limiting 4 chan to once every one or two weeks max. The same goes for any other site that gives you a random new feed. That kind of thing is addictive to the brain in just the right way so avoid or limit it like it was heroin.
As for what to study while drawing, you really need to tell us what your goals are because a lot of it depends. I'd recommend, what ever it is you want to learn to draw, that you break up your day into different types of exercise and practice. You're brain just isn't going to sustain attention on one repetitive thing for more than two hours (being extremely generous) with out breaks so mix up the things you practice. If you draw human figures for two hours mix in some plants or shading or perspective ect to mix it up. Also, put the most challenging things you want to learn near the beginning of the day. You probably want to start off with something simple and fun to ease you in and warm up but after that, you want to do the most difficult things first. You're going to have less energy later in the day so save the easier more mindless kind of practice for then.
