Hey, making friends with artists and helping each other improve is a great move, keep it up. I work my best when I invite a couple art buddies in my discord channel and we just work together in (relative) silence, can't really turn on youtube or fap or do any of that kinda shit.

OP here, these are my head studies I did for today, I want to get better at feeling features and how they wrap around the head but it's hard, especially with extreme angles. Well. I am a beginner if you wanted to know.

Is there a more efficient way to do this?

Well done op, you actually posted work! And it's not bad!

To feel form, draw contour lines all the way around on everything. Add crazy Hogarth style shading to everything, imagine the features you can't see and where they are, place complex forms in simple boxes etc

eh i have been learning male proportions and i would be grateful for any kind of feedback, since no one cares to add me anyway

im trying to understand this through different sources, loomis, some asian book and watts simplified proportions workbook. But I can tell something is off, the figure is too narrow I think but I can't really tell what's wrong
