I have a strong feeling that as far as webcomics are concerned, past a basic level of art nobody actually notices or cares. Remember that people will look at this on their phones. I see ultra tight professional stuff fail all the time, having an appealing style and updating often matters a lot more than the level of polish.
I think your hands are weird, anon. They're a bit oddly sized, and you tend to make them too angular on females. You should taper the fingers more and remove as many lines as possible, like those wrinkles inside the hand make them look older. Use smoother, more delicate lines, maybe some thin hatching.
Do you have any actual comic pages to show? You should make comic pages as a test. Think in terms of comics, these pictures here
