I'm writing my own personal tool to take an HD blender render and properly downscale it to a lower res pixel sprite.
My goal is to be able to draw in HD my sprites and then downscale them properly to a low res sprite.
Most algos literally suck because they don't take into account context information.
Gotta see if I can write an algo that uses the same workflow a human does to draw pixel sprites.
So far I got the outline of the sprite properly coded, this outline will be taken into account when dowscaling my art.
Would anyone here be interested in such a tool?
