No one gives a bank as an example, and if anyone asks explicitly they get preemptive pearl clutching, but that seems like it would be the go-to example of where pseudonyms are NOT allowed. I don't know how it varies by region.
Paypal seems like it'd be the main point of failure- a customer will be able to see the name of the account they're paying to on the receipt. Their ToS vaguely disallows fake names. And finally something people mention a lot in regards to money and anonymity is a shell corporation, which you wouldn't need to buy anything physical for don't worry, but no one seems to know how or why it would help and they phrase it like registering one is a hassle.
