I bet if you spent the same amount of time that you do talking about how you "know how to draw" but can't come up with subjects on 4chan and applied it to drawing a boring ass lamp, or a computer mouse, or a fork, or something mundane, you'd realize that your pickiness in subject matter is holding you back from general practicing.
