>>3834463>If you say she's almost pro level there isn't much of a weakness to exploitHer art looks really good in general but she always draws the same stuff in the same chuuni fujo-ish style and her digital coloring is wonky. As you said, it'll be hard getting there, but it's doable for me in a couple more years since I got fuckall to do on the side.
It's weird, I never really had this need to prove myself and surpass others until I entered a school full of other artfags of varying levels.
>>3834473Despite all I said I do encourage her to put her stuff out there because I can't just stay idle and see all this potential go to waste. To go on Twitter and Instagram or create a Tumblr blog to get followers and comms, to get out there! She half-assedly opened a Facebook page and forgot about it after a week.
From what I can tell she's just lazy as fuck too lazy to go out of her comfort zone and stop stagnating or get a confidence boost associated with an online following, and it's useless to tell that kind of people that their art isn't shit, it doesn't do anything. As much as I resent her and want to surpass her because I hate seeing shitty self-deprecating faggots being better than me in art, I don't want to see her fail, so I still try to nudge her in what I can assume would be the right direction.
>>3834482Yea. I can see where this mentality comes from but it's stupid not to accept credit where it is due and cut ourselves some slack from time to time.
Anyways hope that isn't too much blogging. Cheers anons.
