Please fucking kill me now edition.

I normally draw traditionally so these are slightly worse than usual but I wanted to show the step by step.
I don't know what the fuck I am doing wrong. I've been drawing for 6 years and I have no problem at all with anything, I'm satisfied with everything I draw except for human faces. I just can't draw them on any level of realism or stylization. I just don't understand what the hell I am doing wrong, they all look like utter shit.

Can you please explain to me in specific terms what I am doing wrong? Please don't tell me shit like "Loomis" or "study from life" or shit like that, I've been drawing thousands upon thousands of faces and practicing faces more than anything else, I need someone to hold my hand through this because I'm too retarded to fix this on my own.
