It's great comic art and Kentaro Miura is a prodigy of some sort if that's to be said. He accomplished this inking style on the left at the tender age of 10. Something most people probably couldn't do ever really.

Miura's stuff looks very static and intricate most of the time, like a gravure. I find this style quite elegant, I like it.

It's after Casca is healed and she's about to meet with Guts again, but the rest of her memories hit her all at once and she rememebers Griffith's torture and the Eclipse. An I the only one that dislikes Miura because alot of his pages seem cluttered and hard to follow?
I mean as a artist he's fucking amazing but when you try to imagine the characters going through the actions it's very hard for me to picture the motion between panels i.e Murata does a amazing job of having a kind of "flow" to the movement of his characters
I also feel he sometimes puts too much detail on background or unnecessary thing and it draws the readers eyes away from the "meat" of the panel
I'm a /beg/fag so what do I know but I just want to see if others share my opinion
His art is still amazing I just feel at times it's hard to follow and you can get easily distracted by unimportant parts of the picture

its fine if you read it in print but it does get hard to follow if you read it online because Muira loves to draw spreads and alot of his pages make more sense if you take all the detail at once, something which is just not possible if you're reading it on the computer/tablet

I had the same problem. I had trouble following action sequences, there was too much detail to understand the key movements/events in a panel at times. I did read it on my computer tough as >>3777660 pointed, hadn't thought about that
