Serious question for the mods of /ic/. Why is illustrat still allowed to shitpost on an almost daily basis?

He contributes nothing, offers no critiques, and just spams the board with what are very clearly bait threads.

I know I'm not the only person who comes here and is sick of seeing 3 to 4 illustrat threads where he post his next masterpiece and everyone falls for it and talks shit endlessly.

Please, can we do something about illustrat threads? Thank you.
