Did I make a stupid decision? My graphic design portfolio is okay ish but definitely wasn't the best in the class that i graduated with. I can't help but feel like i wasted my time somewhat getting a graphic design degree if what i wanted to do in the end is Illustration.

not only that but i haven't had a graphic design job in 8 months. I do have about 2 years of expereince in it though so am i still marketable or have i screwed myself over beyond recovery now that i have such a huge gap in my resume?

is there some way i can do both graphic design and illustration at the same time or should i just choose one? what should be my strategy? illustration is where i want to end up at so shouldn't i just drop graphic design all together?

im so effing confused ugh.

should i go back to school to get a masters in something to buy me some time? god dammit.
