You will never get inked looking drawings with clear lines and clear shapes with a pencil. The contrast will never look the same. There is a reason why people ink in the first place.
Either learn to draw by inking directly over a rough sketch like some comic book artists and magakas do, or confrom yourself with low contrast, slightly blurry at times, mechanical pencil lines, which sometimes is perfectly serviceable, tbqh.
