Sae_jin is the best I know on twitch, good skill, very regular stream, talks a lot and is actually entertaining as a streamer. Also offers critique. And yet despite all that I still can't be assed to watch, it's rough to watch an artist streaming honestly. Still good to watch now and then to pick up on the way someone else approaches a problem.
Shilin is a female comic artist not bad either
