I like that it has a consistent aesthetic, like budget old windows game art. With the aesthetic in mind, I'd say the biggest complaint I have is just how oddly symmetrical the cape is. There's a parting that seems to imply windblown and the flag in the background has a clear direction to it, but the knight's cape just kinda sits there.

It looks like a knight, and the pixel style you went for is interesting, but that's about it, the piece itself is kinda boring
Maybe move the knight to the left, and place both the background props to the right?

Hold on a second, you've already started a thread with this pic a few months ago. You only increased the resolution which makes all the issues (none of which you fixed) stand out more. Draw something new if you want to improve and post in the designated /beg/ thread for future reference.

The arms look a tad long.
It might be better as a little .gif
Finally the cape looks like the be blown from the front, but is symmetrical.
Overall, I like it! Good job!
