First you draw the frame for your image, that's your picture plane. Then you add a horizon somewhere in there that will cross your CFP. Then you draw perpendicular (Look this word up) line down from the horizon from where ever you want the CFP. Since you are a brainlet I need to tell you that it is smart to have the CFP inside the frame.
Then if you know what Cone of Vision (You probably have no clue but think you do) is you can add that by using the CFP as its center.
I don't waste time studying perspective tips but immediately understood all this from your image. That indicates that you are a brainlet.
