That's not exclusive to nsfw stuff, though. You can be obsessed with drawing anything at all. As long as it doesn't blow up your life or make you unhappy, why not?

Depends what you mean by unhealthy here. It's definitely a way to make money, though. I know a guy who makes a living on furry comissions, and he's pretty low-level, just open to kinks.
