Nope. You’re going to have to make something that you would pay for and learn how to market it to other people who would pay for it. Pretending you fit in a niche when you don’t will burn you out.

This should be inspirational to people here. It should give us courage to build our projects without being sad that they don’t meet our standards, because there are people out there who will be moved when they see our work. But instead we just complain about artists selling stuff that didn’t move us.

They all provide a product people enjoy. You can make money if you have technical skill, but no one cares about you just drawing pretty pictures, so you have to combine it with something else. Like, pretty pictures of popular characters + tutorials on how to draw like you do.

That said, it's much harder to do than you think it is because chances are very high your skill level is far lower than you actually think it is and you are overshadowed by plenty of established patreon artists who are already covering that share of the market. Yes, I know, you can spot anatomy mistakes in their work, but that doesn't magically make you the better artist.
