-Study objects and break them down into basic 3d forms, so basic that you can remember them and redraw from your head. Then draw that object from multiple angles in perspective, side view, upside down, tilted etc.
For both of these you can make very basic blocky models in sketchup or blender and correct yourself with overlays.
Then for more enjoyable exercises you can start imagining scenes or environments from a book/movie/game/real life whatever and start drawing concept art or background art. Design your ideal art studio, ideal bedroom, whatever. Just get drawing in perspective asap so you can see what you need to improve on or ask more questions.
