Picnic spot panel is entirely irrelevant, you establish an environment and then never reference it. the environment doesn't make sense in the first place. why wouldn't you have them picnicking in a graveyard, or anywhere else that might have ghosts?
The entire story/punchline is literally just the last 2 panels, and you broke those into 4 panels for no discernible reason.
The three panels of the characters being spooked are cramped as fuck and largely unnecessary.
The water/container comes out of nowhere, needs to be referenced in prior panels. easy to do considering they are having a picnic where they would have food and drink.
The environment is already barebones as fuck, which is not necessarily a problem, but then the only spacial reference we have (the blanket) disappears after a single panel.
