>>99852507>>99852527JL and JLU had the problem of showing a lot of destruction and even fetishizing destruction porn to the same degree as MoS and BvS, save that live action makes it impossible to image that there were no human casualties (even that Mouse House set of films had to acknowledge this). The issue with the DC animated is that they were done for basic cable on a network designed for children, so you could show the DESTRUCTION of property BUT NOT the death of any civilians (or really any blood, for that matter). A perfect example is the episode of Hereafter. Savage kills the League, he even brags about it, but you don't see flashbacks. When Toyman 'kills' Superman, you see all those cars and destruction, but no actual living beings (not even any pets!) get transported to the future besides Clark AND no one is shown dying in those cars, etc.
You have to assume that Lex (and Joker, etc.) have a massively high body count if those were T and up comic book arcs.
>>99852479All Star wasn't canon to the DCAU, all those off model films from the DCAU, even the ones that used some of the same voice work, weren't part of the same universe even if Timm was an executive producer or some such.
>>99853084Not the anon you've been arguing with but you're misusing the word canon and misunderstand the concept.
