Don't pay any attention to the quality of the writing, you don't need that shit now, just let your mind flow, write everything that's passing by your head, keep in mind that there are multiple actors in the scene, it's not just one (unless it's just masturbation, of course), so try and make it as natural as possible
Are they experienced? Is one of them a virgin? Would she tease him about it? Would she just ignore it and help him go through?
If you think of a 'scene' you really want to add, like a blowjob in a certain position or something one of them would say at some point, but it would feel weird to instantly jump there then just type it and keep it for later, no point in trying to force things
Make sure the end result feels satisfying from a reader's point of view, some people have a hard time writing smut because of that, they jump straight to the point and don't focus on any detail, if you're writing it with the intention of people jacking it to it, then make it long enough for them to do so!
Not that making it overly detailed is good/necessary, but most readers will like reading about what the characters look like at this moment, what they think, what they feel, what they smell, etc etc
And that's it, really
If you're stuck, then stop writing and go read a couple smutfics from an author you like/know/respect, this always gets me going
And most importantly, don't masturbate
You can keep yourself on the edge while you write, you SHOULD do it, even, but don't finish or your imagination will drop like a fly
That's really the most important part, you have to be horny to write good smut
So there you have it, if it makes your peepee hard, there's big chances it'll excite others too, so that's always a good sign
And once you've finished the scene, and it's full of grammatical errors and missing words and whatnot, then you can go back and make it readable etc
