Johnny never really interacted with people that much anyway, and going off the Arbor Day party episode where all the other kids ghosted him, you could tell he wasn't really well liked even prior to the Big Picture Show.
At least he has Plank though, if it were someone like Jimmy who was ostracized I'd feel more bad.
