Objectively as possible, how are those shows doing? I'm pretty caught up it's just after the mid season break I just havn't been motivated to watch any of it. I don't know if it's me or what but across the board I found this season to be pretty disappointing. Should I try and pick it back up?

LoT is wacky fun, deserve a watch
Flash is okay. Watch it for Ralph and maybe Thinker.
Arrow is a step down from last season, not as bad as Season 3 and 4 though. Watch the two Slade episode and be done.
Supergirl is okay. Nothing too good, nothing too bad. Watch it for the waifus
The crossover is pruddy gud, so watch that.

Black Lightning is great so far and deserve a watch.

Flash has been fine, the episodes with Ralph are fun, but the "Barry goes to prison" plot was resolved in the dumbest, most anti-climactic way and ultimately felt like padding (we're right back to about where we were just before the mid-season cliffhanger, except Ralph now has a new costume/superhero name, and the Thinker is in the body of a cute blonde woman instead of a black man).

Flash is almost as bad as Season 3 was.
Arrow is actually decent, not as good as S5, but good. The only part of the show I hate is when they refer to Laurel almost like she's supposed to be E1 Laurel, when she's a fucking supervillain from E2 Laurel. Supergirl is a dumpster fire and no one should watch it. Black Lightning - not in the Arrowverse - is okay. LoT is still good but not better than season 2.
