>>98486261>>98486242Sidenote; as an Aussie I can honestly say I still do not understand how you americans can persist with this idea that having a gun in your house is going to keep you safe from attack.
I'm not gonna attack the second amendment for hobbyists who like guns for hunting and as their cool toy and what not, I get it, shits cool.
But I just don't get how you all can think that if three guys come into your house with guns, somehow you'll be fine because you also have a gun.
Fuck even if its one dude with a handgun, that dude has the drop on you, he's breaking and entering, if your a responsible gun owner your shit is in a safe man.
Why do you want to deal with the wild wide west instead of just trying to take that dudes gun away.
I have better odds fighting a guy off if neither of us have a weapon(or we both have knives or a bat, since no-one gonna accidentally kill themselves with a bat), than going into a safe, entering a precise combination under pressure, pulling a gun out, loading it, and shooting him before he shoots me... all without him noticing.
Just saying, how do Americans think that scenario plays out. Cause it feels like a majority of the time it's a you get shot in your sleep type scenario.
