>where Marco had to be pressured into three dates over six weeks. This is sophism.
First date he went along with Jackie & her friends to the cinema in Naysaya.
The episode started with him he asking Jackie out but having the sentence twisted into a request for paper towels when he was done talking.
Naysaya would be a pressure against going on a date with her, but he's asks her to hang out a the end of the episode, after spilling all his insecurities & secrets.
Second date she asked him to the dance in Bon Bon, and he was ecstatic and accepted, even though he & Star were going to go.
Third date Star set-up but Marco didn't want to go due to feeling down, but he had a great time, made out with Jackie with Star absent and they went back to her place, instead of just parting ways right after the concert.
In Starcrushed, Marco decided to spend time with Jackie, though he did left her hanging like twice. He likely spent some time with her in the time between after Star & left before he did, or she somehow thinks wearing a cape for a while is more of a problem then just disappearing.
Fourth date was just hanging out at Britta's Tacos, and they undoubtedly hung out in the 4 episodes in-between Rest In Pudding & Sophomore Slump (not counting either), like at least at lunch break.
Then they hang at her place some time later in Sophomore Slump.
Fifth date was the ultimate date and everything went great, except for Marco screwing up the easiest thing about it because of his unconscious love for Star & the "you're my best friend" slip, which confirmed to Jackie what the real problem with their relationship is.
