honestly the most over rated currently is probably Star Vs since it just came off its movie/special and there is decent hype for the next season, the hype isn't entirely misplaced but its causing the show to be overrated currently
Gravity Falls is easily the most over rated ever, but most people don't over rate it anymore
TLH isn't overrated, except by a few contrarian retards who think a lazily written sitcom is groundbreaking. It is the worst of the 4 you listed though, although there are many many worse things out there
SU is kinda in the same boat as GF, it was more overrated in the past than it is now, it just delivered better, its biggest problems are still production/scheduling related than some type of fundamental failure, like GF had where it was clear by the final season that Alex had no clue what he was doing and probably wasn't qualified to be doing it
