1. The formula, such that it is, stays the same. Big and meaningful episodes are few and far between, but there's more than in season 1.
2. Yes and no. There's little straight-forward exposition, it's all hints and clues presented in a way that is engaging.
3. Yes. But that is no surprise, this is the end-game this series has been building up to since episode 1.
4. He hasn't yet, but it's been build-up heavily so he will at some point, probably in the mid-season finale like in season 1.
