WOY S3:
>Hater diligently helps the galaxy rebuild under the guise of "conquering"
>He no longer really cares about evil and hate; he enjoys the love and genuine superstardom of the galaxy and he has fun acting buddy buddy with planet leaders, even though he doesn't has any real power over them
>Watchdogs don't care because they love following Hater no matter what
>for once, Wander sticks around the galaxy after seeing it all because they still need help
>Hater still sees Wander as his annoying, goody goody nemesis. Wander doesn't clash with Hater like he used to since Wander has no reason to undermine Hater, he just kind of bugs him and messes with him. They're pretty much friends now
>Dominator whips up some junkbots and a junkship and half-heartedly tries to get back to destroying before being immediately intercepted by Hater
>Hater doesn't really like Dominator anymore
>Hater takes her as prisoner on the Skullship until he can figure out where to send her against Peepers' wishes to just destroy her
>Hater and Dominator antics ensue. They clash, they level, they hang out, Dominator and the Watchdogs filler happens, and she constant attempts escape in hopes of destroying the galaxy
>Hater is still gruff and mean, but after all the development he's gotten, he becomes a sort of Wander to her
>Peepers is sick of Hater not really being an evil oppressor anymore and he's sick of Hater ignoring his protests, so he ditches Hater to go solo
>He becomes Emperor Peepers, amasses a team of screw-ups (not Watchdogs; none of Hater's army defects with Peepers) and they try to antagonize and conquer Hater's galaxy
>Hater struggles with the idea that Peepers doesn't work as his friend in his new life
>Hater needs to be Peepers' Wander too without even realizing it
>Eventually Dominator succeeds in escaping
>Dominator realizes she lost her drive to be evil, and goes back to the Skullship on her own
>Peepers doesn't yet give up on evil and hate and he doesn't go back
