New year, slightly newer chart...
>Felicia
What can I say? The Darkstalkers thread we had reminded me that she's great and a perfect replacement for Harley in the "perky and adorable" stakes. That, and I genuinely don't like having an out-and-out villain on my chart.
>Asuka
Yes, I finally replaced Gianna Michaels. It wasn't easy, but it had to be done. Time has not been kind to Ms Michaels; her boobs have become unpleasantly veiny, and for some reason she got a shitty tattoo of a daisy on her left arm. I could stomach those fugly tattoos on her back because it's not like I'd have to look at those stupid things all day, but the daisy was a step too far. That, and it just feels like her heart isn't in it any more - the reason I put Gianna on the chart in the first place was because she had this sincerity and passion that's so lacking for so many women in her line of work... then I realised that Asuka fulfils so many of those qualities and more. I know it's not exactly the most logical step, but it makes perfect sense to me.
... Man, that was wordier than I intended.
>Twintelle
Yeah, I dunno... I just don't like the direction Capcom is taking Chun-Li in these days - a bit too "off-brand Mai Shirunai" for my taste. Twintelle seems to push the same sort of buttons Chunners used to, not to mention being classy as hell to boot.
