This. I’m not rewatching the video now, but I saw it a while ago. It explains that the house Andy is moving out of was his grandparents’ house all along and his family were only staying there temporarily to begin with.

Housing was a lot more affordable in terms of square footage back in the day, and it looks like a house that has been around for more than a generation, so it's quite reasonable to assume that the house was inherited and the lot was purchased back when it was normal for a 4 member household to reside in such a place.

Also Robert even says that he's committed to basically spending the entirety of Huey and Riley's inheritance on himself. He was perfectly fine with being an awful trustee and letting them end up with nothing by the time he died. He was the one that wanted the big house in the suburbs. The boys spent a lot of the time trying to bring some semblance of their old lives with them.
