Who says adamantium has to follow the laws of physics? They could be just as unbreakable as long as they’re under the melting point. And in a previous thread I mentioned that Wolverine’s skeleton isnt normal adamantium, it’s beta adamantium, so they could handwave in a higher melting point for that compared to regular adamantium. Not exactly the best writing, but it’s mire effort than just saying “it just works”

It doesn't really matter what it was, Wolverine's origin remaining ever a mystery because his mind was so fucked by the Weapon X Program, along with Sabertooth constantly being a complete prick to him alongside that, was good. Giving him any backstory beyond that was a terrible idea.

Still waiting for someone to retcon that shit. Because it'll happen, eventually, but it can't come soon enough.
