Anything like Ultraman, Sentai, Gatchamon or Magical Girls? I think it would be fun seeing some of that kind of stuff interact with supeheroes.

tokusatsu is already based on western cape comics. They just changed things a bit to meet their desires and needs (such as full helmets making stuntwork easier, but even those were based a little on some helmeted guys like antman)
magical girls are based on 60s sitcoms, so..
