I have compiled a watchable version of Steven Universe. It is basically a list of the episodes that should be watched.

I decided what should be on the list by determining if an episode met at least one of two criteria, or both.

1. The episode is entertaining to watch (subjective).

2. The episode is necessary for the overarching plot/story

This list compiled should allow someone to avoid most of the bad episodes, since I eliminate them as long as they don't contain plot. If they include a small amount of information relative to the story then I write it down next to the episode number so you know what info you need and could watch the episode if you please.
