We saw Captain Marvel for almost an episode...as a villain, Captain Atom once...as a villain, Fire was only a background face, same with Ice who never had a speaking part. Atom smasher was around for a whole minute in all three seasons, Blue Devil, Plastic Man and Elongated Man were background faces. Aztek, Barda, Steel, Dr Light, Red tornado, and the Ray were only seen when they needed a shot of everyone showing off how they have a lot of superheroes on the team.
Black canary showed up more than any main JLA member.
