I was so expecting "oh well we can't mod our POW cards anymore, ho-hum, we have to give up some freedoms to live in a secure world" bullshit from the writers who brought you Skeleton Remotes
but no, once shannon was defeated, they just get to mod their shit again. the pow card company isn't trying to stop them...they're just free to do it. even though it shakes up something very consistent from the earliest bit of the show
