Don’t mind me, this is just the best animated film of 2018 by far. Based Wes Anderson basically told Incredibles 2 and Wreck It Ralph 2 to hold his beer, and those movies aren’t even out yet

Good shit. The pans seemed kinda jerky, though maybe it was just a theater problem.The weird crush subplot with the main girl was kinda forced, but other than that I had very few problems with the story. I liked all of the detail with the Japanese culture things like when pillows were thrown into the sumo ring on tv, indicating the match was an upset. Really good movie, and I'll probably get it on blu-raywhen it comes out.

The romance thing kind of makes sense, since psychology suggests that the more you talk or think about someone, the more you fall in love with them. Obviously, she was thinking about him a lot. Then again, I forgot her name just writing this post, so maybe she was kinda weak and needed further development.
