Since I don't want to go to work today, let's have a look. Top layers is official appearances, bottom layer is commissions.

He design seems to be rather consistent, except in the commissions. I guess his face is thinner now - maybe Shoki won't let him eat anymore.
Also sometimes his whiskers are trimmed and sometimes they are not.

Of course the official explanation is that it's magic and Stan don't gotta explain shit.

Well, if we do not count Senso and consider the original publication dates (floppies, not TPBs), then:
- We last saw Gen 11 years ago
- We left Tomoe 13 years ago
- Jotaro and Katsuichi were last seen 15 years ago

Since then, the only regulars Usagi has met during his travels were Sasuke, Ishida, Kitsune and Chizu (last seen in the current issue, 1 year, 2 years and 3 years ago respectively).

Oh, and during that time, Sasuke had 2 major stories (counting the curtent one), Ishida was in almost every issue for the past 3 years, Kitsune was in 4 major stories and had a couple of run-ins and Chizu was in 1 major story and ran into Usagi 2 times.
