Yeah, it'd like to know this too.

Don't really care about employability since I love math and at least its not a humanities degree, but I'd like to know some options.

Not op but a friend of mine went to MIT and got his bachelors in math, he does high frequency trading for goldman sachs now, unironically making near 300k, no phd though

The person that I know was quiet and usually kept to himself. Don't know if autistic or not.
HFT and investment banking seems to be the best paying job for mathematicians. I can't think of anything else that pays as much.
