Danzi-san recently made a post about losing followers since he became more vocal about his toughts, but i believe that the true reason has nothing to deal with it. In August/25 we had the last piece of Kazuma, in Oct/25 we had the first piece of OnaBuddy and in Feb/26 we had the second ep of Battleblaze. Its 3 new content spread around 9 months.
I believe that the lost of followers and subscribers has to do with the long gaps between his updates, mostly caused by too many collabs and working on different projects at the same time. His animations are god-tier, but when he is working with someone else, his creativity is restrained, resulting in works that lacks some of what makes him legendary. Also, his manga works were incredible and too less time to complete. From his posts, he sounds kinda burned out, but he constantly repeat that working with someone else drain his energy, which is probably why we don't have updates in weeks and he is losing followers. His old strategy of giving a small update on what he is working every month was more effective.
