Can someone explain to me ChinQue's plot? I'm playing with Textractor and ATLAS but I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's going on.
So the MC is a normal gay guy who was teleported to a fantasy world by a Dick God?? who consider the MC his master...?
In this world there is a devil king who wants to conquer everything so the MC is going on adventure. Along the way he meets with 2 guys.. a random guy, probably and old merc, and a guy I always mistake with the Dick God who is the (good) king's son.
Is this right? Am I missing something?

Basically ChinChin (which is a childish name for penis like Winky or Willy) is a spirit or kami of libido.
He appears before the MC because he just finished masturbating for the 12000 time before the age of 18. Such a feat is deserving of 3 wishes! But the wishes have to be related to sexual desire. Like loosing your virginity to a specific someone, or unlimited condoms for a year.

So the MC was like "How about going inside a video game." ChinChin is like "So your wish is to have an erotic adventure in a real life video game"

So he spirits him away to a video game world. MC is like, "Shit. He actually did it. I should be careful with my other 2 wishes"

Then you're familiarized with the game mechanics and what kind of game this really is.

You go to what appears to be an abandoned house, and look around for treasure. The treasure being some Bikini underwear.

That's when your first party member shows up. Seeing you with the underwear in your hand, he's like "Panty Theif!" and you fight. And you apologize. But he's impressed by your fighting ability and ask that you lend him his power.
Because there's some bandits that have kidnapped girls and taken them to the back of a coal mine. You agree to help him, and find the bandits raping the girls in a cell. You defeat them and rescue the girls.
And when it's just you and the Bandit Boss, ChinChin ties him up with his power for you to punish him (sexually).

Outside the Cavalry arrives. And your party member is talking to the captain explaining that they've already taken care of everything, and it wouldn't have been possible without the MC's help.

Your party member then tells the MC that he can keep his pants, and that he doesn't mind if that's the kind of thing that he get's off too. Basically dropping hints that "I know your gay, I might be too. You're an interesting guy"
ChinChin is invisible to everyone but the MC. So everyone just sees the MC talking to himself. The MC was about to return the underwear and explain "you got the wrong idea" but ChinChin was like no no this is an important character development.

Your party member, when impressing the MC upon the Captain, mentions that the MC could probably stand up to a demon.

In the trial version, after defeating the bandits, it jumps to the castle and an audience with the King. Who is speaking mid sentence about an imminent attack by the demons. You're party member, apologizes to the king that he can't fight the demons alone. I don't think it's the Kings Son (he could be) but it's the Leader of the Knights who is there too. I'm not sure if that's the same captain of the cavalry from the previous scene without a helmet.
They setup a room in the castle for the MC and his party member as a reward (for saving the girls I assume but I feel like there's some cut content in the trial version)

At this point the MC is thinking the game is over. But ChinChin is like, well, you're not doing anything right now. "You should help them defeat the demon lord. 'Cause, as it turns out, the demon lord is preventing dimensional travel, so you can't go home otherwise."
And the MC is like "Oh come on! Are you making this up as you go?"

and that's all I know from the trial version.

There's also no demons in the CGI pack. Maybe 1 ogre. I think "Demons" might have become "Beastmen" instead. The red hair guy on the cover is some kind of werewolf. And other than an upskirt shot of an Oni's loincloth, it's all human.

Ok, so the full version doesn't have that many changes. The party member, I'm going to romanize his name as Dante. Dante and the MC go to the castle. The MC agrees to help him fight the demon lord. But of course the MC can't explain where it is he came from. So Dante figures it's amnesia or something and conveniently explains that the demon lord has been around for 200 years and has taking over 80% of the world.
This is all off camera. Supposedly Dante told the MC all of this at the bar. And the MC is surprised by how much he was drinking.

Before you go to the bar you can look around the castle. Watch a nameless soldier take a shower through a peep hole for no reason at all.
The game is a little schizo with ranks and titles. Guards, Knights, Soldiers, Samurai, it's all the same thing apparently.

So after that off-camera night of drinking, the MC wakes up in his room in the middle of the night. Dante isn't there. He hears Alphonse, the leader of the knights, having something of an affair with the princess. Well, it's not really an affair but the princess is to be handed over to someone else to be wedded. So this is their last night together and she wants Alphonse to bang her really bad. She says it with class though, "Engrave me with your sword" or something like that. Then they run off to fuck. And ChinChin is like "Lets go spy on them!", if you choose yes you have to avoid watch dogs to reach the princesses room.
The princess and Alphonse make a lot of noise. ChinChin can sense a guard coming, so he makes the MC invisible temporarily. And the MC is like, "If you could do this the whole time why did you let me get caught holding those panties?"
The guard then sees Alphonse and the Princess together and runs off, presumably to tattle.
The princess asks Alphonse to become her personal guardsmen, but he's like, "My duty is to the kingdom".

The next morning Dante and the MC talk with Alphonse to have the MC promoted to a "Brave" so he can go fight the demon lord.
But Alphonse has to test him first by fighting.
ChinChin says the MC has no chance of winning so he's going to perform "Protagonist Correction", basically interfere to make sure the MC can continue the quest.
So ChinChin gives Alphonse an spontaneous boner that makes him bend over and appear to "kneel". And the MC is like "Haha! This is my power!" and leaves.
Alphonse is like "What is this? Is he...the one?"

Now that MC is a "Brave" their destination is the Forest South of them. But Dante want's to revisit the abandon house where you met. If you do, he explains that he grew up there. And he cooks you a meal. And you go to sleep. And then for whatever reason MC is able to see a flashback of Dante's childhood. His family prophesized that the Hero that'll defeat the demon lord will appear near their home and that it was their duty to wait for him to appear. But Dante's parents were dead, so it was just him and his grandma. The other kids called him and his family liars. His grandmother didn't know when the hero would appear, but she was sure he'd appear before Dante because he was a good kid. When he's grandmother died he wasn't a kid anymore, so left his home to join the army.

So this is implying that Dante believes, or is coming to believe, that the MC to be the hero his family was waiting for.

So then, you go to the "Dark Forest" partly because the bridge is out. But also because there's a hidden beastman village there. Where a talented blacksmith that Dante is friends with lives. Augustine. Dante asks Augusting to make the MC equipment befitting of a brave. Augustine will do it, as a friend, but you have to go to another mine, to get special crimsonite ore. It's easy to find but a fire monster recently showed up and has taken victims. So you got to defeat it.
It's a fire jinn, or demon. It claims to have killed Augustine's little brother.

You defeat the fire demon. In the back of the mine is the Crimsonite ore. Dante says it's the hardest material known to the world, and only Augustine knows the secret to shaping it. It's also really heavy. "Nothing" for a hero who is suppose to be able to lift twice his body strength. But ChinChin's "Protagonist Correction" doesn't make the MC super strong in this scene. So Dante has to carry the ore himself.

Augustine thanks you for slaying the demon. He was sworn to silence or something because it threatened to burn down the village. He cryptically asked if the demon mentioned anything else...but then changed the topic.
You get to pick what Augustine makes for you (I choose bangles). It'll take a few days to make.

That night the MC is talking with ChinChin and starting to feel like an imposter. But ChinChin tells him that titles are meaningless and actions speak louder than words. Like how MC jacked off 21000 times by the time he became 18 shows his strength of will. And MC is like "Is that really praise worthing?" and ChinChin is like "Of Course!" You do what you want to do, and you do it honestly. And that's what makes him pure or something.

MC goes to check on Augusting who has been in his workshop all night. It's locked but he can hear him hammering. He finds a hole to peak through and sees Augustine jacking off onto the ore. WTF?

~Augustine joins the party~
Next they're heading to an Army Base to see what the war situation is like. But they have to cross a mountain road.
Dante says when he was a mew recruiter he had to carry 80kg of luggage over the mountain. Agustine says once he had to carry 100kg of ore across. For reference the MC couldn't lift the 40kg ore back in the mines. And he's trying to work out how strength levels work in this world.

Blocking the path is a Green Haired man wearing nothing but underwear. He won't let you pass unless you fight him. They all naturally think he's a weirdo. But it's his "fighting style" to fight in only underwear. You beat him and he runs off saying you'll meet him again.

Then you end up at the "Sand Dragon Nest" with an easy moving sand puzzle. A dragon is only suppose to appear if there was a storm. There was no storm but it appeared anyways. As soon as they ask why a hooded figure darts off, and they sense they are being followed. The Army Base is just ahead.

-Cut Away to the Demon Lord and his lackies-
The hooded figure informed them of the new braves. The black knight wants to observe them more. So the king leaves the Knight to deal with them. There's some taunting between them about the castle's magical barrier.

At the army base you're introduced to the commanding officer Krude. Then you walk around the base a little. Agustine mentions a dark tent "smells funny".
That night the MC can't sleep and notes that Agustine must have stepped out of the tent too. He makes a comment about "going like a samurai" which is a japanese expression meaning you pee wherever because there's no toilets.

You walk over to the tent that "smelled funny" and MC and ChinChin recognize Alphonse voice. Apparently some men are blackmailing Alphonse because they know what he did with the princess.
ChinChin and MC go invisible; Krude shows up. And they start striping him down. Because of what happened at the castle, Krude pulled a lot of string to get him here and he should be thankful. Their idea of punishing him is to have the guy with the biggest dick fuck him. And he's really big. He goes balls deep, and shortly after Alphonse passes out. So the rest of the guys do what they want with him. Krude leaves. The Big guy somehow senses MC and ChinChin has to drop the invisibility. So then MC has to battle all they guys in the tent, except for Mr. donkey dick, who doesn't want to fight. ChinChin sense that there's something different about him. And that he should find Krude to figure out what else is going on behind the scenes.
You can find Augustine by a campfire. He'll join you. There's a solider jacking off in one of the tents like, no shame, not stopping. Can you blame a guy?
Krude is back in the main tent. Dante is sleeping and the door is locked (In a tent?, don't think about it too hard)
Augustine thinks it it might be better he doesn't know what's going on. They confront Krude who says Alphonse was accused of raping the princess, so the king had him moved to the front line. What happened in the tent was a hazing ritual everyone goes through. MC doesn't believe him. ChinChin points out a black market invoice.
Krude asks you to pretend you didn't see it. You have a yes or no choice.

Krude was delaying the armies advancement to make a profit. Alphonse replaces Krude as the armies commander. Any guilt of adultery was erased by the princess.

Now the army is ready to charge the Demon Lord's Castle.
Your party goes to a Transfer Tower to cross over to another continent. There's a monster that is ordered to kill Dante, not the MC. As if Dante is the real Hero.

Entering a ruined town there's a Ghost orb that will "turn naked" if you pay it money. It turns into a naked dude. Dante is like, "oh I was expecting a guy"

Near the Demon Lord Castle the Black Knight appear. Reveals that he's Dante's Father. Not sure if he's somekind of undead because he's suppose to be dead. The Black Knight says he'll be waiting for them in the castle.

You can go on some side quests at this point. You get an 1-seater airship so, the MC travels alone. You can visit a hotspring. Do arena battles. Visit a kinky castle where the big guy that fucked Alphonse ended up. Random Sex with a fisherman.

The Demon Lord's Castle is protected by a barrier. Naturally you need the "4-gods" power to get through. These are the lackies we briefly saw with the Demon Lord and the Black Knight.
Alphonse tells you of a secret basement below the transfer tower to reach the 4-gods.

The goddess of the West is related to the Fire demon from the Crimsonite Mine. Apparently Augustine's secret past is that he was donating his semen to the demon lord, to forge crimsonite, and his brother found out. This God has an ability to charm men, Augustine insists he only fell into her trap.
ChinChin did sense a lot of residual sexual energy in that cave, now we know why.

The southern god of "diligence" is big lazy troll. You can skill the stairs by just talking to a ghost. Outside in a nearby forest is a random dude getting tentacle raped by plants. No story relevance.

The eastern God of War is a big suit of armor. No interesting developments after you defeat him.

The path to the Northern God is gone. I think it might have fought it the first time you entered the Transfer Tower. And ways, you can open the 3 gates to the demon lord's castle.

You can pay a ghost to take you straight to the end of the castle. The Black Knight appears and fights Dante alone. It's an autobattle. The Black Knight doesn't fight back. It's confirmed that the Black Knight was Dante's Father. Beating the Demon Lord, they realize he's just a pawn of someone greater.
Ascending the final stairs, you meet the mastermind. He is aware of ChinChin and blocks his powers, and says the ending is fixed. One hit k.o. everyone. The MC observes this guy's strength is as if he's from another dimension.

The MC confesses that he's a nobody, and not a real hero. But Dante and Augustine are like, "No you saved us. Even if you're ordinary, you're still a hero to us"
And then Dante is transformed by a light and gets blue hair.
The mastermind tells them that Dante was the real hero all along. (Wow, only saw that coming mile away)
"Don't doubt what you believe in" was the secret to unlocking the hero's power.
ChinChin makes a comeback, but he's visible to everyone now. So you fight and defeat the Mastermind. And with that, "the story" can revert back to the way things were before the demon lord appeared. Meaning Augustine's dead brother will come back.
But everyone will lose their memories. They say their bittersweet goodbyes.
The MC wakes up in his room, but ChinChin is still there smiling. like. "Ready for your second wish?"
-Epilogue-
Dante and Augustine are living out their peaceful lives. But they can still remember "him" and in some ways nothing has changed because Dante is still waiting from "him" to return, only to show him what their peaceful world looks like. That's when the MC and ChinChin show up. ChinChin is tells them the MC's second wish was for them to remember the first.
And they're like, "what do we call you?" because they never learned his name. He was always Panty thief, Brave, Or Hero. So the MC stepsforward and says "My name is..." and the credits roll.

Then ChinChin and The Mastermind are up on a cloud. I assume the mastermind was another spirit like ChinChin. They get a signal for a new assignment or whatever. ChinChin jumps off the cloud and it's left "To be continued"

There's a number of smaller sex events that you can only see when the MC takes the Airship alone.
For example, if you return to the Beastman Village alone, you can suck "male milk" from this bull beastman's titties.

On the mountain pass, where you fought the green haired dude in his underwear, there's a man in the house where you can rest. If you bring him Sake(I'm not sure where I picked it up), when the MC is alone, they'll drink and fuck overnight.

Early in the game, in the Castle Town Inn, the Green Hair man is sleeping in yellow bikini underwear. The MC can steal it off him while he's sleeping. This Event disappears after the Beastman Village Quest.
Because, that's when you fight the Green Hair Man at the pass.

The green hair dude is an optional 4th party member. You'll find him in a house east of the castle town from the beginning of the game. Visit him alone with the MC with the airship. And you'll get dildo scene. I'm not sure if there's anymore conditions besides that. You have to leave him, and then comeback with the rest of the party later for him to become a member.

There's a secret GAME OVER scene with Krude at this other castle, next to the arena. He was transferred there as a prisoner and is in the basement cell. He'll beg you to free him because he gets ass raped every night. You can get the jail key, but ChinChin warns you to save the game. Releasing Krude, he'll jump you and you get a scene with Krude sitting on the MC's face. Saying his asshole is ruined and he can't feel satisfaction without something inside it. It's game over, presumably the MC suffocated.

On an island, once you have the airship. You fight an oni alone. There's a scene if you lose the battle.

There's an obscure scene with Augustine. When fighting the Goddess of the West, you have to lose the battle. She'll snap her fingers and Augustine will transform into a furry wolf man and knot the MC.
The game data suggest at one point you were intended to fight him in this form, or even have his wolf form as a party member. Based on some other scenes, I think Augustine was suppose to transform whenever he felt homolust.
He's avoids looking at naked men, and there's some weird fragmented dialogue like "oh no! He's looking! Oh good, nothing happened. I was scared for a second."

I've already outlined the game, and others in older indie game threads. The newer one is made in RPG Maker MV. The characterization is completely different. Augustine, in the first game, spoke very bluntly. Almost like a caveman or a non-native speaker.

Because it's made in a different engine, the text doesn't have the feature of pausing between sentences to convey a sense of cadence. But it also has Voice Acting, so like ChinChin is more vulgar an impish, compared to the first game, I think. Dante, Augustine, and Alphonse are all "straight".

ChinChin Quest II takes place 3 years later, So the MC is 21. You get to name him this time. The world has changed by some unknown hand, so ChinChin sends the MC to investigate. This time you have to have to pick a job class - because you are no long "Hero". Warrior, Wizard, Monk, or Thief. But the gameplay is very superficial.

I think the game is much shorter than the first. With fewer locations. In the first game there was a Volcanic Island on the world map that was never utilized. So in this game, it appears the antagonists are a Pirate Group called The Volcano Union. Which have been raiding towns.

Only a handful of characters had their memory about the MC restored. Because the world reset as if the demon lord never existed. Alphonse, for example, doesn't remember anything that happened. Also, for some reason, Everyone can see ChinChin this time. And he lends himself as a kind of libido radar.
In this game we get to see Augustine's little brother, who was dead in the first game. Also Dante's father is alive, but he's a minor character and doesn't get a portrait.

The beginning of the game basically retraces the start of the first game. Beginning forest, Slime monsters, Meet Dante, Head to the castle, Meet Alphonse - watch him fuck the princess. Head to the Beastman village.

But here the village is evacuating to a sanctuary. And we meet 2 new characters. Varus and Augustine's little brother. Varus is basically his bodyguard, and hinted to have somekind of repressed sexual attraction to the little brother.
The sanctuary has this wishing flame, which is a leftover artifact that "god" used to create the world. You saw something similar in another castle in the previous game, so they decide to go there next to investigate.

You go to a port town (I guess the transfer towers don't anymore)
And meet a guy with a ship (who is obviously suspicious). His name is Nirvana.
He'll takes you to that other castle on this desert island. But the castle has be renovated into a casino. The story quality nose dives at this point. Basically, you fall into a trap. But Alphonse shows up with an army to rescue you. Learn that someone stole the wishing flame from that castle. And that it's powered by emotional energy, which the pirates are harvesting via these attacks.

The Pirate Island is protected by a barrier, so you have to invite a party member to take a bath with you while other people look for a way around it.
Gee, Nirvana figured it out. Let's go to the pirate base. It's empty. No wait, there's a secret room for some stupid reason.
I bet a lot of people get stuck at this point because you have to walk over a specific tile. But it used a non-standard movement system for no good reason. So it's easy to walk past it or stand on the tile but not be aligned in a way to trigger it.

You find the pirate king and beat him. Turns out all the pirates were working for Nirvana. Who could have guessed? Turns out Nirvana is from the same world as the MC and apparently as a spirit with him too that ChinChin hasn't seen in a while.

I believe this other spirit is also "the mastermind" of the first game. He was never really evil them, just playing to role of the final boss. Although his appearance is a little different. I'm not sure if he's a Spirit of Libido like ChinChin or not.
His name (and this is just me looking to make sense) could be "Sociuc" which is latin for Friend/Ally/Comrade

So Nirvana is reshaping the world for yet unknown reasons. He steals Dante, Augustine, and Varus away up onto an floating island above the volcanic island.
And of course there's a barrier or whatever. So at this point, you get the flying vehicle (which was a 1 seater in the first game, but now a 2 seater)
and you can fly around the world map doing side quests. I'm not sure how many or which event you have to do in order gain access to the floating island.
Most of these side-quests events are drawn by contributing guest artists.

The floating island is made up of locations from Nirvana's memory. So basically, a school, his mom's kitchen, a roof top. Your 3 party-members are getting tentacle raped. Presumably using them as a fuel source. You free them and run across some more memory fragments.

I guess I should mention, back on the Desert Island where you invite a party member to bath, there's a scene with Nirvana where he says MC is just like "someone he knows" and he can tell the MC "Like guys". And tells him not to let the shame of his sexuality stop him from engaging in male bonding. Which is what prompts you to bath with another party member.

On the floating island, you pick up Nirvana's memory of "that someone" who he enjoyed taking baths and spending time together.

Nirvana's real name is Natsuto. He goes to school and some boys tease him for being too girlish and tell him to do boy things like play soccer. So basically he's conforming to gender norms so his mom doesn't worry about his social life. He joins a soccer team. And he's good at it, the boys make him captain. And he's like, "Ah, shit. Guess this is me now. I should do my best." Flashforward to high-school, and his adult life, rumors start going around that he's homo, and everyone starts cutting ties with him. They joke, "before he rapes us" but even his boss asks him to resign. Basically painting a picture where - despite what people say, your efforts aren't valued, it's all about impressions. They built him up, now they're tearing him down.

So he's wish is to build a utopia where everyone's actions are reciprocated.
But MC is like, "I don't want Dante, and the other's world to disappear"
And Nirvana is like, "They don't care about you. They only care about what you're good for"
(They've also be portrayed as being straight, mind you)
Then you fight him. Then MC questions if he's really a bad person or not.
Then you get more memories, but this time of his time with "that someone" who the MC reminds him of. His name is Tsuyoshi. Who is basically his playmate/"big brother" growing up. Natsuto's confidante that he could tell his true feelings about soccer. And when the rumors were going around about him being a homo, he pushed Tsuyoshi away so it wouldn't look badly on him. Which Tsuyoshi thought was really considerate of him. And then when his company wanted to let him go, on the phone Tsuyoshi tells him they would have taken him for everything he's got. But if they knew him like he did, they'd know that he always had more to give and they're throwing out a lot of potential.

And apparently, that was the original reason Nirvana came to this other world, to help his bro.

The Final Boss shows up, which is Nirvana's wish incarnate. His wish had a side effect that made his Wishes their own person, I guess. And basically, a world where people's efforts are reciprocated has a dark side, meaning intentions to hurt others is also realized, and can't be taken back. And this this utopia he wanted to make, essentially makes "suffering" it's cornerstone. Blah blah blah, no pleasure without pain.
The Wish Incarnate had blocked Nirvana's memories inorder to perpetuate itself.
You fight him but he's too strong.

With his memories back, Nirvana remembers Socius exists. Socius couldn't do anything until Nirvana calls him. He still has 1 more wish. Which he uses to revoke his previous wishes.

This deminishes the Wish Incarnate, who is just running on fumes. And you're able to defeat him.
Nirvana came to the world to find a way to wake up his Bro, but he never found it. He goes back to his original world with no memories.

The MC says his goodbyes to his friends. The World returning to the peaceful state it was originally.
In the other world, Nirvana/Natsuto is in the hospital room, his friend wakes up and says he wants to be as close to Natsuto as possible.

Credits roll. Post credits show a shadow implied evil version of ChinChin. "To be continued"
Although it's been like 5 years. I dunno if Quest 3 will ever happen. I think the MC still has 1 wish left.

Loading clear data you can pick a "happy ending" which is the MC choking on your choice of Dante, Augustine, or [conditionally] Alphonse's cock. Kinda dumb.

In someways Quest II had a stronger story presentation with more character developments. But the gameplay might as well have been nonexistant.
And as for the erotic scenes, they had less variety and were more voyeuristic. Alphonse grinds with the princess. Dante fucks the Inn lady, and Augustine gets a handjob from a casino bunny girl. A lot of strip teases where the underwear never comes off.
The side quest, guest material, kinda makes up of it, I guess.

Over all it had a direct-to-DvD summer vacation "The Movie" quality to it.

And if feels like a downward spiral. Funa came out with the Magic Love Ring Episodes. I don't know if they're suppose to exist in the same world of Chin Chin Quest. But they're -nothing- in my opinion. Dialogue between 2 guys that doesn't go anywhere, because a relationship between them doesn't exist. To be fair, it's more dialogue then the scenes of ChinChin Quest. And her the player is able to engage with these scenes by selecting some responses (which change nothing).
I'm hopeful this are just prototypes that Funa is refining to figure out what works.
The first one was OK. But the second one had even less to it.
I haven't played his Royal Fighters "training simulator". But the evidence suggest he's not interested in developing games anymore, rather, visual novel apps for mobile devices.
My fear is he'll end up like Humbug, and eventually be reduced to making monthly skinner-boxes and a mountain of trash [tap for porn] applications.

Yeah that's what I said. The Magic Love Ring episodes were VNs as well. He calls them "RPGs" because he made them in RPG Maker, but they're not categorically games because all the player does is navigate some dialogue branches. It's reading a non-linear book.

For that matter, ChinChin Quest 2 is a faux RPG. It -looks- like an RPG with all the bells and whistles, but it's only going through the motions. There's no character growth, your character is pretty much the same from the beginning of the game to the end. You don't level up or gain skills. You technically receive new weapons and equipment, but the stat gains are negligible and don't actually impact the flow of battle.

I was looking back at Funa's old works and realized Nirvana and his bro Tsuyoshi were a call back to his very first Visual Novel he made back in 2012.

Only there the characters were named Nishida and Takahito. Takahito looks pretty much identical to Tsuyoshi, mole and all. Except here Tsuyoshi is the Soccer player, and they weren't childhood friends. Nishida looks a little more like MC in the first ChinChin Quest game. But Funa's style has improved since then.

Fun fact, an early design for Shusshu/Chinchin is actually in the data for this. Suggesting he was going to introduce the character much earlier. I have a slight theory that he is meant to be the questionnaire guy at the start of each of his VNs and is actually 'manipulating' things behind the scenes for each title.

You encounter a number of "incarnated wishes", I believe these were created via the Wishing Flame. One wish was a Spy. While another incarnation was a doppelganger. The doppelganger said he was the "wish to change one's appearance"

It's implied that Nirvana used the wishing flame to change his appearance.
However when he tells Socius to revoke his wishes, he never turned back. This could be a continuity error, because he is his old self when he returns to his world. Or it could mean Socius only revoked the wishes made with the flame. So what this could mean, is that all wishes have an incarnation somewhere. Including the wishes that the MC made.
His wish to go to the otherworld, and His wish to be remembered. The game ends with a shadowy figure "to be continued".
Seeing this >>2671205 it could mean the return of a demon lord incarnation. Or it could be unrelated.
