Like the anon above said, ears are missing. Also the shading looks really flat. I'd suggest not using black when shading, just go with dark red or something. I think the colors are the main problem here. Otherwise it's pretty good
Also next time you should go to /ic/ for help

not one of the above anons, but you could also try out the drawthreads if you're looking for practice. they can be a good place to both practice and get pointers, if you aren't thrown off by the occasional troll.
