I find that most published yaoi doesn't cut it for me in the smut aspect, so I've turned to R18 doujins. I really like Harada's works though, so obviously I like her/his originals. Ten Count is a series that topped the charts, and it does get explicit later on (it's a slow burn type of manga). The Night Dew On Those Lips is a personal favourite with a pretty dark/hardcore theme.
