Now then, as you can see comparing yaoi with femboy changes nothing, it's still less than 10% of yaoi content, same with crossdressing and if you add trap to the comparison the numbers decrease.
Comparing trap with femboy and crossdressing separately shows that less than half of femboy and crossdressing content have the trap tag and when comparing all three the numbers decrease. This wasn't what you asked, but this comparison shows that those three terms aren't treated as the same thing, a crossdresser doesn't have to be a femboy or trap and a femboy isn't necessarily a trap.
